At Pangarinda Arboretum, Wellington, South Australia

Over recent days I have been featuring photos of the flowers of Australian native plants growing in the Pangarinda Arboretum which is just over an hour’s drive from Adelaide in South Australia. Today I show some more photos taken recently. Come back over the next few days for more shots of our beautiful flora.

Good to hear from you. We are constantly amazed at the beauty of Australian plants and their flowers. I guess you have an amazing range where you are now living. We are on a very different travel expedition at present. We are currently on 6 weeks’ holiday visiting our daughter who is teaching in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are staying on campus with her (it’s a private school) and the bird life is amazing, including Hooded Vultures on the oval! We are also intrigued by the many Australian plants on campus, including a small forest of Tuart gums (we think). After this we go to Morocco and Spain.
